Build your rank ladder
Ranks are a ladder, from Guest at the bottom to the owner at the top. Everything else — XP thresholds, permissions, promotion — hangs off where a rank sits.
How the ladder works
Every clan starts with two ranks you can't remove: Guest at the bottom and the owner rank at the top. Everything you add sits between them.
- Guest is where a new member lands before they have earned anything.
- The owner rank always holds every permission.
- Neither can be renamed, reordered, or deleted.
Open the settings panel on your clan page to manage ranks. The list is shown highest first, the way you'd read a ladder.
Add and order ranks
- Open the clan settings panel and go to Ranks.
- Add a rank and give it a name.
- Drag it into position. Order is the ladder — a rank higher in the list is higher in the clan.
- Save.
What you can set per rank
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| XP Requirement | The XP a member needs before they can be promoted to this rank. |
| XP Change Limit | The most XP a member of this rank can add or remove in one action. Leave it empty for no limit. |
| XP Gate | Members must reach the threshold before being promoted to this rank. |
| Skip in Promotion | This rank is skipped during automatic promotion cycles. |
| Permissions | What this rank is allowed to do. Seven toggles. |
The XP settings are covered in Award XP and auto-promotion; the toggles in Set rank permissions.
Deleting a rank
Delete a rank from its editor. Guest and the owner rank have no delete control at all, because they can't be removed.
